What You'll Learn
This 4-hour Holster Drawing Training course is designed for responsible firearm owners seeking to develop safe, efficient, and legally sound holster presentation skills. Whether you're a concealed carry permit holder, armed security professional, or a serious student of self-defense, this class will elevate your draw technique, improve your target acquisition speed, and instill proper safety protocols under stress.
Course Objectives: Participants will learn and practice:
Safe and legal considerations for carrying a holstered firearm
Proper holster selection and placement (IWB/OWB)
The four-step draw process from concealment
Reholstering with awareness and control
Defensive shooting techniques from the draw
Clearing cover garments under pressure
Dry fire and live fire holster draw drills
Retention and movement-based draw fundamentals
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 7 days in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 7 days before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Defensive Shooting Fundamentals
This lesson will continue with the basics, including a very visual overview of what we call the “building blocks” or the fundamentals for accurate and safe shooting. Within this lesson, Michael Martin will explain the differences between the skills required for being a good “marksman” at the range, and the skills that might be required to save your life if you are ever the subject of a violent attack.

Minimum of 100 rounds for course • All participants must be at least 18 years or older • Participants must supply all of their own firearms or equipment • Restrictions apply. Additional waivers will be required • No refunds issued on training fees when you do not attend the class • Credit will be giving for next upcoming class ***Restricted Holster Types*** Serpa holster (any style with trigger finger release), Nylon or Cordura, Shoulder, Cross Draw, Small of the back, Pocket, Sticky, Bang Bra, Inner Thigh, or any holster the RSO deems unsafe in condition, use, or firearm retention method will not be allowed.
