What You'll Learn
ALL STUDENTS PLEASE READ THIS:
This online class provides the student with the Texas License to Carry (LTC) academics. Average time to complete the training is 4-6 hours. Yes - you can complete 4-6 hour class at your convenience (you do NOT have to complete it all at once); this includes completing the training over multiple sessions or days or whatever works for your schedule.
Please note: The cost of this course includes the LTC Live Fire Qualification test. Once you have completed your course and received your LTC104 schedule your qualification with one of our LTC Shoot only classes or call (254)833-2810 to schedule an appointment with one of our instructors.
Students will learn laws applicable to the State of Texas in regards to carrying a firearm.
Accessing the class, once purchased: -If you are a USCCA member, the class will be in your eLearning. -If you are a non-member, you should be able to find the class by clicking on your profile and looking in your purchase history. *the class should be immediately available once you purchase it, even if you purchased it for a future date. Additionally, after purchasing the class, it will always be available to you, even after completing the class.
This class does NOT teach the student how to safely handle and operate a firearm.
At the completion of the class, students will receive a certificate of completion AND a LTC-104. Once the 104 is obtained, the student can then contact Sendero Shooting Sports and make an appointment with a DPS certified instructor to conduct the range (shooting) qualification.
If the student does not own AND/OR the student has little or no previous firearm experience, Sendero Shooting Sports highly encourages and recommends the student take a Basic Pistol class PRIOR to scheduling a range qualification.

Cancellation Policy: CLASS CANCELLATION, TRANSFER & REFUND POLICY ALL CLASS SALES ARE FINAL. Sendero Shooting Sports does not issue cash, credit card, or other monetary refunds for classes, training programs, or instructional services purchased. Class Transfers: Each student is permitted one (1) complimentary class transfer per class purchased. A transfer allows the student to move their registration to another available class of equal or lesser value. All transfer or rescheduling requests must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the original class. Once a student has used their one complimentary transfer, no additional transfers or rescheduling will be authorized for that purchase. If the student is unable to attend the rescheduled class, they must purchase a new class registration. Requests Within 48 Hours / No-Shows: Transfer or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for the complimentary transfer and will normally result in forfeiture of the class registration. Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without an approved transfer will be considered a no-show, and the registration fee will be forfeited. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the instructor and/or Sendero Shooting Sports management. Approval of an exception in one circumstance does not guarantee or establish an exception for future registrations. Class Credit: When approved by Sendero Shooting Sports, a class registration may be transferred or credited toward another class of equal or lesser value. Any difference in value is non-refundable unless otherwise specifically authorized by Sendero Shooting Sports. Sendero Shooting Sports reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify any transfer, class change, or exception consistent with this policy.
What We'll Teach
Texas Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals
In this course you will learn about the main topics pertaining to the carrying of handguns in the state of Texas. The overall objective of this course is to educate students on the responsibilities and laws applicable to handgun license holders. Before attending the in-person class, you must complete the assigned eLearning accessible through your USCCA dashboard.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
For the range qualification, rental pistols and ammo are available for purchase at separate cost from the online class. Ear and eye protection are also required for the range qualification. Students can rent them at extra cost or provide their own.
