My Biography
First certified as a NRA Police Firearms Instructor in 1979, Richard has 46 years of experience as a firearms and "Use of Force" Instructor. During that time he was responsible for the firearms training of first a 100 man organization and then a smaller 45 man organization. Over the years Richard has attended courses by the NRA, Smith & Wesson Academy, Lethal Force Institute, USCCA and more. Richard is also a seasoned competitor in both "Police Practical Course" as well as International Defensive Pistol Association.
