What You'll Learn
In this Class we will cover "Lawful Use of Force" and NJ Concealed Carry Fundamentals. After completing this course the student will be able to apply for a NJ Concealed Carry Permit.
While this is not a shooting class the student must pass the NJ "Civilian Carry Assessment and Range Evaluation (CCARE)" Course of Fire. Upon successful completion of the course the student will receive a completed form S.P. 182 (Rev. 09/23) which is required to apply for a NJ Carry Permit. Students will receive 2 attempts to pass the CCARE course. If you do not pass you may come back during another class for 2 additional attempts. Students returning for additional attempts are only subject to a $50 range fee.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

Legal Use of Force
In this lesson, Michael Martin will cover important legal topics, including the laws governing the legal use of force inside and outside the home. Within this lesson, you’ll get a chance to test what you’ve learned, using several real world scenarios with you as the actor.
