My Biography

Perez is a proud graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and Coppin State University, where she completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Adult and Continuing Education, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. In addition, she has earned a doctorate equivalent in Special Education.

Perez is a licensed Public-School Administrator I/II and Superintendent I/II, and she also holds an Advanced Professional Certification as a Special Educator Grades 1- Adult. After a successful career in public school education, she transitioned to entrepreneurship, founding and operating several businesses, including Tew-A Firearms LLC, Aim Tew Please, and Kwik Tew Save LLC.

In addition to her business ventures, Perez is a licensed insurance producer in both Maryland and Texas and a Maryland-commissioned notary. She remains passionate about education and continues to dedicate herself to teaching and empowering others.

    "My renewal class Ms. Perez was incredible. Her team of instructors delivered instructional that was timely, and relevant. The questions and answers portion of our discussions and presentations were spot on. The hands on instruction I received with properly holding and concealing my firearm were eye opening. Who knew. Lastly, the virtual simulations at the range showed me that ongoing practice as a concealed carry citizen is a privilege and that I must continue to be prepared and a active learner.
