Every student who steps into my class learns that safety is a skill, confidence is earned, and preparation is non‑negotiable.

I specialize in breaking down defensive concepts in a way that is clear, direct, and immediately usable. My background in curriculum development and instruction allows me to teach complex material with precision, while my commitment to personal protection ensures every lesson is grounded in responsibility and readiness.
