Corena is a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor with 5+ years as a Muay Thai coach, I.K.F champion, Certified Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, and Haganah Certified Knife Survival Instructor. She integrates movement, physical discipline, and practical mindset training into firearm education that equips women for real-world confidence.
As a wife, mother of two, and co-owner of Black Lotus Gym with her husband, Coach Jose Fernandez (Head Instructor and Director of Harder to Kill Training Group), Corena is passionate about empowering women to walk streets with genuine assurance - focusing on real training that builds situational awareness, safe handling, and mental resilience so women never accept victimhood—for themselves, their children, or their communities.
