Hello Tim, Thank you and your team for providing us with USCCA service and coverage. You and your staff go above and beyond what most expect with this kind of service. I can't really point to one particular "self-awakening moment" when I decided to carry a firearm daily. I'm in my 70's now and came from a time when having a firearm available was very common. Whether for hunting or home or personal defense, all four of my brothers and I where - I'll say trained, not shown- safe firearm handling and safety by our dad, a combat veteran of WWII. Over time safe firearm practices become second nature and you grow to become as comfortable with the firearm as one does on a construction job around power tools and equipment. To those wondering whether to take up their responsibilities as an armed citizen I say exercise your 2A right and welcome into the community of good people. I think the expression goes: "An armed citizenry is a polite citizenry." That's true around here anyway. Cheers.
