USCCA REVIEWS AND USCCA MEMBER TRUE STORIES

Have many friends that use USCCA and it have some of the greatest benefits for the price. Staff is very knowledgeable and had the answers. Micheal got it done for me.

I bought a few pistol's to keep up skills learned in the USMC. Regulations did not make it possible to take Mr, Miller to work every day. But I started carrying whenever I go out after I retired since I wasn't going on base when I was out and about. Increased crime and incidents of many kinds have proliferated making it even more of a priority to be prepared. I have also been tasked at our church as the lead for the Safety Team (Our Security). So, we prepare in many ways: Combat shooting training quarterly, reading assignments, queries of each other to create learning opportunities. to include Active Shooter training with the local Sheriff using our building as a learning ground.

It was not a "moment" but rather the steady increase of civil disobedience in our country. I retook the class when I renewed my concealed carry permit this year and I realized that the support that members get from USCCA was something every responsible gun owner should have.

The more we delved into our concerns of the aftermath of a self defense experience, the more a membership in USCCA made sense. We were fortunate enough to be instructed in our CCW class by an attorney who encouraged such a protective vehicle.

I have had rifles and shotguns for over 50 years and pistols for 40 years, even though a retired military I can always use refresher training, however the real reason was for the additional protection after seeing an Oregon resident get charged in a justified shooting and the cost of defending one’s self when a career criminal broke into his home.
