Over 13,000 students have trusted Wisconsin Gun Class for their Concealed Carry certification at our 20 statewide locations. Our class is geared for everyone from beginners to advanced shooters. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
Upon successful completion of this class, you can apply for your Concealed Weapon License in Wisconsin. The Wisconsin license is valid in 33 states. Minnesota and Florida training are also available at most locations. By adding the Florida non-resident license, you may carry in a total of 37 states. Adding a Minnesota permit will allow you to carry in Minnesota.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
Wisconsin does not require a shooting qualification. For those wanting a Minnesota or Florida permit, a short live-fire exercise will be held at the end of class. You can bring your own gear and equipment or we will have everything you need at class. Rental guns and ammo are available for an additional fee of $10. Books are available for purchase to take home after class.
