Megan Eaton

Megan has been one of the owners of Fletcher’s Arms for the past 13 years. Before moving to Wisconsin, Megan grew up on a farm in Iowa. She attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology. In 2009, she moved to Wisconsin and eventually meet her husband and business partner Sean. Together they live in the Delafield area and have 3 lovely children. Her firearms journey began shortly after meeting Sean. As the business continued, Megan became proficient in knowledge about firearms. Most importantly, she shares this knowledge with her customers. In 2019, she received her concealed carry instructor certification. Her love for people shines through her work here at Fletcher’s every day. Especially, as an instructor. Megan loves the fact that she can promote safety and responsible firearm ownership in her community. She frames her classes so that the students can become comfortable with firearms. Overall, she believes that her students can gain confidence from what they learn here at Fletcher Arms.
