What You'll Learn
This class introduces children (ages 8-18) to the fundamentals of safe and responsible firearm handling and marksmanship in a controlled, beginner-friendly environment. Students will learn proper stance, grip, sight alignment, trigger control, and breath control while developing confidence, discipline, and safe firearm habits. Through guided instruction and interactive training exercises, children will build a strong foundation in shooting fundamentals while emphasizing safety, focus, and responsible decision-making. Children will not be shooting any real or replica firearms in this class. However, they will be handling a training replica. Parents are encouraged to stay, cost is per youth student. Students must have taken the 101 class as a prerequisite to this class.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Shooting Fundamentals
In this lesson, children will learn about the seven shooting fundamentals: what they are, why they are important and how to apply them. This foundational information will prepare students for upcoming shooting experiences, whether dry-fire or live-fire.
