My Biography

I started shooting in 2016 at a training facility in Nevada. This was at the encouragement of my husband who was a life long gun enthusiast. I remember well how uncomfortable those first days were and have great empathy for the new shooter. It wasn't until moving to Prescott four years ago that I really got into the sport. We found Prescott Shooting range and it made it so easy to take classes, practice and make great new friends along the way. I decided I wanted to be a part of the PSR team and after additional training became a Certified NRA Instructor, a Certified Range Safety Officer as well as a USCCA Certified Instructor. I love working with new shooters and helping them be safe while learning defensive shooting. I find it very rewarding to see students grow in confidence and skill level.

"Learned some very useful lessons. Teachers answered all questions clearly. Demos were effective and the training instructions were clear and repeated enough so that I felt confident that I learned it. "
