The Citizens Defense League Michigan CPL course empowers students to become responsible armed citizens. This class places a premium on situational awareness, conflict avoidance, and the legal aspects of carrying a firearm: when you can use force; how to travel with a firearm; and the aftermath of a self-defense encounter. The time spent on the range will help students lay a foundation for basic defensive shooting skills and marksmanship.

"I was impressed with the educational component of the instruction that covered a wide range of topics such as physiology, the law, the use of your weapon as an absolute last resort, proper handling of a weapon, types of weapons, proper storage, holsters, actual shooting, etc. It was very comprehensive. I highly recommend Benjamin Bohannon’s Defensive Training Academy Michigan CPL class."
