In our USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals class, we focus on situational awareness and conflict avoidance. Our course will empower students to be self-determined and intentional about their safety and the safety of those they love. We place heavy emphasis on the legal aspects of carrying a firearm; when you can use force, how to travel with a firearm, and dealing with the aftermath of a self-defense encounter. Finally, the time you spend on the range with our instructors will introduce you important skills and the lessons learned will encourage safe and responsible firearm ownership.

A minimum of 5 registered students are required for this class to be held. If the minimum amount of registrations are not met, those who have registered will be moved to a new class date.

Eye/ear protection, firearm rental, lunch, and target are included at no additional cost. If you need to rent a firearm and purchase ammunition at the range, you will be able to. Firearm rental and ammunition will be approximately $50.

This is an introductory course that is presented in a relaxed and low-pressure live virtual setting. I’ll go over some of the basics of firearms, firearm safety, and firearms handling, followed by a Q/A session.

Bring 500 rounds of ammunition, firearm, eye/ear protection, holster, magazine pouches/holders. Range fee is $15 cash only. Dress appropriately for the weather (cold snow, rain, etc.). If it rains, We WILL STILL TRAIN. We will only stop if there is lightning.

You will need at least 5 magazines if your capacity is less than 15 rounds. If your magazine capacity is 15 rounds or more bring 3 magazines.

Check in is from 8 to 8:30pm - we start PROMPTLY at 8:30am. Handgun rental and ammo are available at the range if you do not have it. Range fee is $10.

The Skills Cheat Code will show students that they can buy skills with the right currency - TRAINING. This is a live-fire, skills building guided range session designed for those of an intermediate skill level that are looking to gauge performance and work toward improvement. No session will be the same, featuring a variety of drills, standards, tests, and qualifications that provide immediate objective feedback on a shooter's performance while being personally coached towards improvement.

NOTE: This is NOT a beginner’s shooting course, nor will this course show students how to shoot. Skills Cheat Code is intended for students who possess the ability to independently and safely use a handgun. Students unable to safely and independently handle firearms will be dismissed from the session.

A minimum of 4 registered students are required for this class to be held. If the minimum amount of registrations are not met, those who have registered will be moved to a new class date. Range fee is included in the cost.

You MUST have a Concealed Pistol License or equivalent from another state, or have recently completed the CPL/equivalent course, to take this class. Although not required, you SHOULD have taken additional courses beyond the CPL class, such as a defensive shooting course.

Here is what you will need to bring:

Eye/Ear Protection Your firearm Holster Magazines and magazine holders (at least 3 for double stack, 5 for single stack) 200 rounds of ammunition for your firearm Appropriate clothing for the range

If you have NOT already completed the USCCA Certified Instructor Course in the past, please do NOT register for this class, as you will not get access to the online training material or instructor toolkit.

If you HAVE completed the USCCA Certified Instructor Course in the past and your credentials have lapsed, this is the course for you, since you already have the instructor toolkit and have access to the online material.
