Hey team! My name is Ruben Amador. Started the company nearly 7 years ago in hopes to raise the level on instruction and instructor quality here in my state. As a former Senior Lead in Executive Customer Relations, Store Manager, and Motivational Speaker I have an extensive background in developing people to becoming the best versions of themselves. I truly have a passion for personal development and becoming the best instructor for my students. That being said I am uniquely qualified to help new instructors develop their skill sets and their business in our ever-growing industry. Included below are my credentials but the one that I am most proud of is being a lifelong student. Firearm instructing for students and helping new instructor candidates are truly a dream come true; however, what people don’t realize is that in order for dreams to become reality you cannot do it by yourself.
