"I recently attended the Pepper Spray Intro class taught by Crystal Duke, and it was an outstanding experience. Crystal presented the material in a way that was clear, practical, and empowering. This is especially for those who may not yet feel ready to explore firearms as a self-defense option. She always creates a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where questions were encouraged. She took the time to ensure everyone understood not just how to use pepper spray, but when and why. The class covered situational awareness, legal considerations, and real-world application, which made the training feel both responsible and relevant. Crystal's calm teaching style and depth of knowledge helped build confidence in a tool that can be life-saving when used correctly. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an accessible, effective self-defense option."

"The class offered a wealth of information. I had no idea there are so many types of sprays and strengths available. We reviewed all of them and I appreciated the opportunity to see each option firsthand. I especially liked stepping outside, viewing our vehicles and understanding the optimal distance to deploy pepper spray. As always, I learned about the potential legal ramifications that could result should I ever have a need to use pepper spray. Thanks for a great class and I'm looking forward the next pepper spray class. "
