What You'll Learn
ALL STUDENTS PLEASE READ THIS:
All Guns for this class must be in a case prior to entering the range facility!
In this class, students will learn Texas state law as it applies to carrying a firearm. The class is 4-6 hours of academics with 1 hour on the range. There is a multiple choice exam at the end of academics.
This class is NOT a basic pistol class and does NOT teach the student how to safely handle and operate their firearm. Students need to come to this class prepared with the knowledge of how to safely handle and operate their firearm.
There is no drawing from a holster during the range portion of this class and only 1 magazine is required. 50 rounds of ammunition are required for the qualification.
Sendero Shooting Sports highly recommends and encourages those with little or no knowledge or previous experience to first take a Basic Pistol class prior to taking the LTC class.
Students who pass this class will leave with an LTC 100 that they can then upload to DPS as part of the application process.
Cancellation Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sendero Shooting Sports does NOT issue cash or credit card refunds for classes purchased. Sendero will potentially provide purchase credit and/or store credit for a different class at equal or less value. Any rescheduling or class changes are at Sendero's and/or the Instructors discretion. Any class changes by non-member customers need to be made 48 hours or more in advance of a class; any class change requests by non-members within 48 hours are at the discretion of the Instructor and/or Sendero Shootings Sports.
