My Biography
Dan was born and raised in the Mid-Valley as the son of a police officer, where he developed a deep respect for firearms safety and training from an early age. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology and has been working in the firearms industry since 2015.
Passionate about honing his skills, Dan enjoys competing in IDPA and USPSA-style matches. Seeing a need for high quality firearms training in the Middle Rio Grande Valley, he became a USCCA-certified instructor and founded Guardian Shield Defense Solutions, LLC, to provide top tier, practical instruction.
