With more than a decade of experience in the security industry, he has overseen large-scale operations for Fortune 500 companies, corporate campuses, churches, and critical infrastructure—bringing real-world expertise into every class he teaches.

As the owner of Fidelis Runa Solutions, Chadwick provides practical, confidence-building training that helps everyday people become responsible protectors.
