"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently attended a class at Patriot Marksmanship Academy hosted by Landon Sahagun, and it was hands down one of the best training experiences I’ve had. Right from the beginning, Landon showed a great knack for detail. Before we even started the session, we broke down the rifle and cleaned the parts prior to live fire, explaining the importance of maintaining your weapon system. From there we went into the educational portion covering the fundamentals, which really set the foundation for everything that followed. One of the first drills we worked on was the dime/washer drill, which turned out to be an essential exercise. Balancing the dime while pressing the trigger really forced me to focus on trigger control and eliminating unnecessary movement. It was a simple drill but extremely effective at reinforcing the fundamentals before moving into live fire. This was honestly the best $250 I’ve spent. Landon’s patience, knowledge, and professionalism made the learning process smooth and easy to understand, and safety was clearly a top priority throughout the entire training. Learning to control my breathing and maintain my natural point of aim was definitely a challenge at first, but once I found my rhythm it started to feel almost second nature. By the time we got to the live-fire portion, the difference was huge. I went from my groups being sporadic and all over the place to practically double-stacking rounds. The shooting and moving segment was beyond challenging. Trying to keep a good hold on your reticle while moving was brutal, but after a few mags and repetition I was able to get on target consistently. One thing I took away from this experience is that watching YouTube videos will not get you to your goals. Hands-on instruction makes all the difference. If you’re serious about improving, contact Landon and he’ll get you straight. If you’re serious about improving your shooting fundamentals, I highly recommend Patriot Marksmanship Academy and Landon Sahagun. Whether you’re brand new or have been shooting for years, you’ll walk away better than when you arrived. I will most definitely be going back to continue honing my skills. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "

"The information provided was basic, but something many people don't consciously think about or practice. I know and practice much of what he presented, but I learned so much more. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere and that Landon took time to listen to us share personal stories, apply our actions and reactions to the topics discussed, and reflect on our personal behaviors and self-awareness. He was very organized, the classroom was comfy, and he was quite friendly yet professional. I plan to schedule my women's group for a class."
