RaShan Frost

I am RaShan Frost, better known as “Doc Frosty.” I am the owner and chief instructor of Frosty Training Solutions. Besides founding FTS, I am, college professor, and lifelong martial artist. I was also a former Division 1 college athlete and coach. This work is important for me because I care about the commitment to keeping my family and community safe and I want to teach and empower people to do the same.

Each of us must take responsibility for our own safety and protection as we are our own first responder! That's why I founded Frosty Training Solutions LLC – to share my experiences, expertise, and passion for teaching and personal protection with people from all walks of life, so they can take control of their own safety. Specifically, I want to see people who did not have a background with firearms, or had negative experiences with them gain the confidence, knowledge, and skills necessary to protect themselves.

I am a United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) and National African American Gun Association (NAAGA) certified instructor, a STOP THE BLEED® instructor, and am on the leadership team of the Chucktown Gun Club, the Charleston, SC chapter of NAAGA. With FTS, students will get high quality instruction from someone who has over 20 years of expertise in teaching and skill development. I look forward to training you in one of my upcoming classes.
