What You'll Learn
Get an introduction to handgun safety basics, giving you the confidence to use the tool you’ve chosen to protect yourself and your family with. In this firearms training for women, you’ll explore how to safely “clear” (unload) a semi-automatic handgun and build skills that result in safe, accurate, and comfortable shooting. Your instructor will also explain the seven key fundamentals for safe and accurate shooting. The lesson is rounded out by explaining how to take those fundamental building blocks and put them to use, both in the classroom and on the shooting range. We provide everything you need including gun, ammo, and targets.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 5 days in advance of a class date in order to receive a Credit for a future class. ( One year to redeem+ $10 rebooking fee) Classes cancelled less than 3 days before the class will not be refunded nor will a credit be issues.. No Show NO Refund.
What We'll Teach
Basic
In this introduction module, Beth Alcazar introduces students to the basics of handgun safety, including how to safely clear (unload) a semi-automatic pistol. Alcazar goes on to explain and demonstrate the seven basic fundamentals for safe and accurate shooting. The lesson is rounded out by taking those basics, and putting them into practice both in the classroom and on the shooting range. This lesson will act as a building block as the student progresses to Women’s Intermediate Pistol.
