"Hello everyone, I'm Cesar Torres, retired Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal and U.S. Army Veteran. I recently completed a two-day Concealed Carry training course instructed by Jonathan Williams through the USCCA program, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of instruction provided. The course was comprehensive and well-structured. Instructor Williams covered firearm fundamentals in a clear, methodical manner, ensuring that all students, regardless of experience level, understood safe handling, proper grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger control, and situational awareness. Safety was emphasized consistently and professionally throughout the training. One of the most valuable components of the course was the detailed review of applicable laws. The instruction included general firearm laws as well as a thorough explanation of North Carolina concealed carry statutes. Legal responsibilities, use-of-force considerations, and prohibited carry locations were explained in a practical and understandable way. This portion of the class helped build not only competence, but also legal awareness and accountability. The live-fire range qualification was conducted in a controlled and structured environment. Instructor Williams demonstrated strong range command presence, clear communication, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Feedback during qualification was constructive and professional. Overall, this training exceeded my expectations. Instructor Williams displayed professionalism, deep subject matter knowledge, patience, and a genuine commitment to responsible firearm ownership. I would highly recommend this course to anyone seeking high-quality concealed carry training in North Carolina. I highly recommend USCCA training available resources.
