Training conducted by Hunttactical LLC You can train with your personal firearm on the range. If you choose to do so please bring multiple magazines for SEMI AUTO enough to have 30 rounds on your person, and speed loaders for REVOLVERS enough to have 30 rounds on your person. The class is $100 and if you need to use my firearm or ammo please bring $25 cash the day of class. (Exact change please) Training is non-refundable. In the event of a cancelation or if you are unable to attend you will be able to be recycled to any class of the same curriculum in the next 90 days After this 90 days, you would have to sign up and pay again. Hold Harmless Agreement This Hold Harmless Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on date of registration, by the representatives signing up for/attending training and between HuntTactical LLC, a firearms training company located in North Carolina (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and Cory Hunt, an instructor employed by HuntTactical LLC, residing in North Carolina (hereinafter referred to as the "Instructor"). Background: The Company provides firearms training services, and Cory Hunt serves as an instructor for such services. The Instructor understands the nature of the services provided by the Company and agrees to undertake his duties in accordance with the Company's guidelines and industry standards. Agreement: Hold Harmless Clause: The Instructor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to the Instructor's actions or omissions in the course of providing firearms training services on behalf of the Company. Assumption of Risk: The Instructor acknowledges and understands that the nature of firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or death. The Instructor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with providing firearms training services and agrees not to hold the Company liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or relating to such risks. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable to the Instructor or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services provided by the Instructor, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Insurance: The Instructor agrees to maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage to protect against any claims arising out of or relating to the services provided under this Agreement. The Instructor shall provide proof of insurance upon request by the Company. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country] without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
