"Outstanding Experience! Highly Recommend Ray Ruelan and the NJ CCW Qual Class! I just completed the NJ CCW Qual class with instructor Ray Ruelan, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience! From start to finish, Ray’s dedication to his students and his expertise in the material really stood out. He made sure to explain every detail clearly, using great examples that helped all of us understand the concepts thoroughly. You could tell right away that Ray has an extensive knowledge of firearms and CCW regulations, which gave me a ton of confidence going through the course. Ray’s teaching style is top-notch. He was patient, approachable, and truly cared about each student's success. During the shooting portion, he was incredibly attentive and made sure to diagnose and address any issues people were having; no one was left behind. He made corrections in a constructive and encouraging way, which kept everyone motivated and focused. The best part? Ray never made anyone feel bad about making mistakes. Instead, he pumped everyone up, building confidence and helping us improve with every shot! I would absolutely recommend Ray Ruelan and this class to anyone looking to get their NJ CCW. Not only did I leave the course feeling more confident with my skills, but I also walked away with a real sense of appreciation for Ray’s teaching and the overall structure of the class. A huge thank you to Ray and the USCCA for putting together such an amazing program! This class is a must for anyone serious about responsible firearm ownership. You won't regret it!"
