My Biography

Patti Stewart is the founder of Defense in Heels, a self-defense education program dedicated to empowering women and children with real-world safety skills. As a published author, certified instructor, and single mom, Patti has taught thousands how to stay safe with confidence, clarity, and courage. From hands-on classes to cute-but-lethal safety tools, her mission is simple: peaceful doesn’t mean unprepared.
