    "I cancelled and never attended. More evidence that Mr Venteicher has low character. Refuses to refund my fee. Received an email stating a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours ahead of the class. He claims his policy is at least 2 weeks prior (which obviously conflicts with his email) plus we registered and paid only 11 days ahead of the class. This guy is a crook & not to be trusted."
