The Shooter Development Institute is the official training branch for Black Rain Ordnance. Black Rain Ordnance, Inc. is a precision firearms manufacturer specializing in the modern sporting rifle design. Founded in 2009 with a benchmark to only manufacture weapons we would personally be proud to own and operate. To be a lifelong learner means to be committed toward the betterment, the readiness, and the preparedness of the individual self. It means keeping a growth mindset, to be more than average. There is nothing that needs to be left to chance. The preparation of the individual means to carry a victor mentality.
