Maryland State Police: • 1998-2001 Patrol Trooper certified as Field Training Trooper 2000. • 2002 promoted to Corporal initially assigned to State Police Headquarters. • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all major incidents throughout the state – designated as Headquarters duty officer coordinating all homicide units, K-9 units, crime scene units, swat team call outs, etc. • Coordinated all Amber Alerts with State Police missing or kidnapped children unit. • 2003 transferred by request to road patrol supervisor, along with routine supervisory duties selected as the field training supervisor.
• Responsible for the supervision of field training troopers and trainees ensuring more than 100 categories of field training were completed prior to being approved for individual patrol. • 2004 selected as acting Sergeant to serve as shift supervisor as the newest and youngest corporal assigned to Glen Burnie Barrack. • 2005 - Promoted to Sergeant - assigned to Maryland State Police Headquarters. • 2006 - Selected to serve as shift supervisor of the Maryland Terrorist Watch Center (MCAC) responsible for supervising state, local, and federal law enforcement officers • Monitor and report all possible terrorist activity in the state and surrounding areas. • Search and provide analytical intelligence by utilizing private, state, and federal databases to identify possible terrorist activity (Accurint, CLEAR, TLO) • Report entry into Federal and State reporting systems for use by FBI BA-JTTF • Certified in advance interview and interrogation techniques. • Certified train the trainer and Maryland Gang Intelligence training officer responsible for developing and implementing training programs for all Maryland State Police officers in current trends and activities of street and outlaw motorcycle gangs.
• Responsible for training local, federal, and civilians in current trends of gang activities. • Provided training for over 1000 law enforcement officers over 2 years.
