Crystal Adams

Crystal has been a firearms instructor since 2016 and is certified at the national and state levels. She is an ideal instructor for students who have fear, trauma, or physical limitations around the use of firearms. She combines firearms & self-defense instruction with her experience in the medical and biomechanical fields to help students find what works best for them.

In addition to being a firearms instructor, Crystal is a licensed occupational therapist, licensed massage therapist, and certified health coach. She has taught in these areas at the university and professional levels.
