What You'll Learn
The class is four hours in length and will provide a good basic understanding of concealed carry. A good informational starting point for those who intend to go armed. Covering safety, gear, ammunition, presentation, Use of Force, shooting fundamentals, situational awareness, and scenario discussion. Requirements for the class; handgun (pistol or revolver), magazines or speed loaders, eye and ear protection, 50 rounds of ammunition (no minimum caliber). This class will exceed the training requirements for Iowa Permit to Carry Weapons should you be seeking one. No written test or range qualification required for passing. Only requirement to pass is the students ability to demonstrate safe gun handling and general ability to hit a target. Cost; $125.00 ($75.00 + $50.00 Deposit) Certificate issued upon completion.
