"What an amazing experience! I drove 3 hours from Indianapolis and rented a hotel room for a couple of days to learn the true fundamentals of being an instructor from Steve Watson and I have to say it was more than worth the trip. Steve has a plethora of information to give. Whether it is about the basics of being an instructor all the way to running a business as an instructor, Condition Yellow Academy has you covered. In my opinion there are people that teach, and people who are born to teach. Steve was definitely born to teach. I was dead tired from the trip and then we had all day classes and somehow Steve still kept me engaged. Being taught by someone like Steve who has decades of experience training has both inspired me to be a greater instructor and shown me that I have so much more to learn and so much further to go. His wife, Allison, was also amazing to work with. She was very patient and informative. What a team! Condition Yellow Academy is a great facility, ran by Steve and his wife Allison, that will challenge and stretch you to be the best that you can be. Sam M."

There are those who teach what they read, and then there are those who teach what they live. Steve’s knowledge and experience exuded from him before he even spoke. He didn’t just train me and my classmates — he pushed us to rise above average, showing us what true professionalism and top-tier instruction look like. His approach was clear, motivating, and deeply authentic. Thank you for giving me the tools and mindset to teach with the same purpose and standard you embody. Your class was worth every penny — no question. I learned more than I expected, and I was humbled to realize that the “knowledge” I came in with was only the beginning.
