Travis Denman is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces professional and Academy Instructor at Independence Indoor Shooting in Meridian, Idaho. With more than two decades of experience in tactical operations, advanced marksmanship, and mission planning, Travis has trained, mentored, and led teams in some of the most demanding environments in the world.

After completing a distinguished career Travis transitioned his passion for precision, preparation, and performance into civilian instruction. Today, he specializes in individualized, concierge-style firearms training designed around each client’s goals, pace, and learning style.

Travis blends elite-level operational expertise with a calm, approachable teaching style. His instruction focuses on building safe, confident shooters through deliberate, effective training methods that elevate skill and mindset.
