This course has been developed to introduce the concealed carry holder on the proper way to carry concealed firearm. You will learn the proper methods on manipulating your weapon under concealed conditions while experiencing reality based scenarios.​

Items you will need for class: Handgun, semi-automatic or revolver, a sturdy belt, holster, two magazines, magazine pouch is optional, 200 rounds of ammo, eye and hearing protection. Concealed clothing. No open toes shoes permitted.

This class picks up where Basic Handgun leaves off delivering advanced skills in handling your firearm, enhancing the fundamental skills, to help master proficiency and marksmanship. This class includes self defense scenarios

The students will learn the rules, equipment and techniques to get them started in competition shooting

Upon successfully completing this course, you will become a USCCA Certified Instructor uniquely authorized to teach the USCCA course, Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals.

This course has become the nation’s leading curriculum for law-abiding Americans seeking to obtain their concealed carry permit. When it comes to firearms fundamentals and concealed carry and home defense concepts, you will provide your students with high-quality material and help them understand the ‘why’ behind training concepts.

During this four (4) hour class you will gain the knowledge to identify and recognize life-threatening bleeding and the steps to control and stop life-threatening bleeding to include applying direct pressure; wound packing and tourniquet application. Within this lesson, Michael Martin explains that developing a protection plan is about much more than becoming proficient with a firearm or writing up a home invasion plan. It’s a plan that must encompass awareness, avoidance, and preparation, so that we’re less likely to find ourselves in a situation where we have no other option than to use our firearm, rather than more likely.

Students will learn Stop the Bleed, Casualty care under fire, remote casualty assessment, medical triage for mass casualty incident, scenario based live fire shooting drills w\ immediate action from cover positions and more.

1ST PART: STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE TRAINING IN TECHNIQUES FOR SURVIVAL SUCH AS WATER FILTRATION, FIRE STARTING, CAMP LOCATING, IMPROVISED SHELTERS AND MORE. 2ND PART WILL BE FIREARMS TRAINING ON PISTOL AND OR RIFLE AND WILL PARTICIPATE IN A "JUNGLE RUN" LATER THAT EVENING TO TEST YOUR SKILLS!!!!

For those of you looking to join the Bass Reeves Competitive Shooting Team, this class is your first step. Transform from a recreational shooter into a skilled competitor with our Handgun Basics with Introduction to Competition course. This class focuses on the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in competitive shooting. Class Requirements - Cost $150

Firearm and Ammunition: Participants should bring their own competition-ready firearm and at least 200 rounds of ammunition.

Protective Gear: Eye and ear protection are mandatory during range time for participant safety.

Holster and Magazine Pouches: A quality holster and magazine pouches suitable for competition are required.

Range Procedures and Range Commands: Learn the standardized range procedures and commands used in competitive shooting.

Required Equipment for Competition: Gain insight into the essential gear needed to participate in shooting competitions.

Effective Draw and Reload Technique: Learn the techniques of efficient drawing and reloading for speed and accuracy.

Course Walk-Through & Preparation: Understand how to walk through a course to plan your approach and maximize your performance.

Sight Picture and Trigger Control: The critical skills of sight alignment and trigger control for precise shooting will be introduced.

If a registered student cannot attend a course he/she is scheduled for, he/she must notify us at least one-week prior by email, and the student will be able to reschedule to another course with-in six months, when its being offered. If a student no-shows, or does not provide proper notification by email to SOLOTACTIXFIREARMS@GMAIL.com, no rescheduling will be offered and the student loses their registration fee. The student is able to get rescheduled one (1) time only. If the students cancels a second time, the individual will lose registration funds and will have to pay full price to register and attend any future classes..
