My Biography
Retired Law enforcement specialist with over 48 years of experience. Former Director of the International Law Enforcement Academy in Gaborone, Botswana. Former Chief of three different training divisions at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Retired supervisor of the Criminal Investigations Unit and SWAT team with the United States Park Police in San Francisco, Ca. Served on the protection detail for the Secretary of the Interior. Accomplished law enforcement executive, investigator, interviewer and trainer with the ability to develop and implement International and local law enforcement training curriculum and strategies that support the fight against transnational crimes and general law enforcement challenges. CEO of Full Armor Training – USCCA certified concealed carry and home defense instructor and NRA Range Safety Officer specializing in concealed carry, home defense. Certified by Sheepdog Church Security to instruct and implement church security/safety procedures. Use of deadly force training, first aid qualified, de-escalation training, and Mass shooter training. Other courses include leadership training, security awareness, behavioral style analysis (DISC), communication skills, problem solving, goal-oriented management, body language, team building and observation skills.
