Virago Defense offers firearms training for both men and women alike, specializing in assisting the new shooter overcome the anxiety of it all. Virago Defense also specializes in empowering women and building confidence.

In addition to USCCA instructor and Training Counselor , Carolann is a NRA Basic Pistol Instructor,The Well Armed Woman Certified Instructor and an NRA Range Safety Officer. She is also an approved Instructor in Orange County NY to teach the 3-Hour Handgun Safety Course required to obtain a pistol permit in Orange County, N.Y.
Carolann devotes much time to volunteering with The Well Armed Woman Shooting Chapters, a national non for profit organization that provides the resources to educate, equip and empower women shooters.
