What You'll Learn
This elearning course is self-paced and can be conveniently done with any device that connects to the internet, and at any time. You will have 60 days to complete the 5 hour elearning portion of the course, and schedule a time to meet with the instructor at a mutually agreed-upon local range to complete the shooting requirement. The student is responsible for any range fees. The date posted here is just a suggested available date in order to post this class offering. Upon successful completion of both requirements, a certificate will be issued to the student which will qualify them to apply for their Florida Concealed Weapon and Firearm License.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a refund, minus $5.00 cancelation fee. Students may request to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance with no penalty for a later class within 6 months of originally scheduled class. Student cancellations less than 48 hours before the class, and for any no shows, will not receive any refund or credit.
What We'll Teach
Florida Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals
In this course you will learn about the main topics pertaining to the carrying of handguns in the state of Florida. The overall objective of this course is to educate students on the responsibilities and laws applicable to handgun license holders. Before attending the in-person class, you must complete the assigned eLearning accessible through your USCCA dashboard.
