My Biography
Nick is a former US Army Commissioned Officer and 14 year veteran patrol officer from a municipal police agency.
While at his agency, he was a Firearms Instructor, armorer, and certified Firearm and ammunition technology specialist.
Nick’s passion is teaching and Instructing. He was originally trained as a Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor by the Smith &Wesson Academy 80 hour instructor program in tactical rifle, shotgun and handgun. Nick has also attended various armorer and tactical shooting courses through Glock and the Sig Sauer Academy.
He is a graduate of the Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement’s Training Center Active Shooter/Threat Instructor program.
He is Trained in executive protection operations and threat assessment and emergency tactical medicine as a Tactical Emegency Medical Specialist.
Nick also taught at the Sonoran Desert Institute (SDI) school of firearms technology as an adjunct firearms technology instructor.
After leaving Law Enforcement, Nick has been in the firearms industry and has worked at two major firearms manufacturers as an armorer and law enforcement liaison.
Nick is a member of the International Defensive Pistol Association(IDPA) and shoots competitively He is an avid 2A supporter and believes everyone who owns or carries a firearm should be properly trained and equipped both mentally and physically.
