My Biography

340 Tactical & Defense, LLC is Black Owned Business based in the Tampa, FL area. David Heyliger was born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands where he started his continuing career in Security Forces and transitioned over to Florida. Currently, he holds a Security D and G license in the state of Florida. His Security background includes 30+ years (armed and unarmed) serve detail of Gubernatorial, Contractor, Private, and School Safety Officer. This experience transitions into the realm of personal security to understand 360-degree safety in all environments. 340 Tactical & Defense, LLC wants to have students versed in 2nd Amendment Rights, Firearm Safety, Proper Use of Firearms, Empowering and Educating Black People in joining the firearms community.
