With her years of experience working with the public, Steph has a way of making people feel at ease, comfortable and well-informed, all while maintaining a judgement-free and unintimidating environment. Her outgoing personal training style and passion for firearms along with her wealth of knowledge gives her an edge in the classroom and on the range. As the Director of Metacon's Junior Rifle Team, Stephanie has experience with rifles, long guns as well as coaching and teaching youth firearm safety. She has been instrumental at creating and nurturing the phenomenal team of youth athletes who compete and win matches across the country. Besides being a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor and Junior Rifle Team Director, Steph is the wife of a retired CT State Trooper/Air Force Veteran and the mother of 2 teenagers. She is a small business owner, fitness instructor and a real estate agent, and in her spare time, she enjoys participating in competitive shooting sports, such as IDPA, USPSA, Shotgun, Rifle and Precision Pistol events.
