With her years of experience working with the public, Steph has a way of making people feel at ease, comfortable and well-informed, all while maintaining a judgement-free and unintimidating environment. Her outgoing personal training style and passion for firearms along with her wealth of knowledge gives her an edge in the classroom and on the range. Besides being a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor, Steph is the wife of a retired CT State Trooper/Air Force Veteran and the mother of 2 teenagers. She is a small business owner, fitness instructor and a real estate agent, and in her spare time, she enjoys participating in competitive shooting sports, such as IDPA, USPSA and Precision Bullseye as well as being the Director of her community's Junior Rifle Team.
