Deziel Bessette

Born and raised in Longmeadow, Ma. Deziel spent 15 Years in the Airforce with plenty of time in Afghanistan, Iraq, Korea, and the UAE. Deziel relocated his wife Amanda and their Son and Daughter to Enfield, CT after service in 2011. As a Life Member of the NRA since he was 18 years of age, Deziel grew up an avid ‘Gunner’. The passion for shooting sports has always been a part of his life, but until recently, never his occupation. Deziel has spent the bulk of his professional career in the Training field in Manufacturing and playing a big part in multiple companies OSHA compliance auditing and Training. Deziel has a knack for Training and Occupational Safety so firearms fit right into his wheelhouse and highly respected for his knowledge and charismatic training style. In 2018 Deziel started his NRA training and became an instructor for such and started the company CT FIREARMS INSTRUCTION LLC. Deziel is one of the Areas top instructors in the area reaching from Springfield, MA to Newtown, CT with 1200 Students in 2020 and a company that has exploded in one of northern Connecticut’s best courses he decided to take his learning a little further and became a USCCA Certified instructor. Deziel decided he wanted to utilize his people and training skills to help others to understand Situational awareness and to empower them with the skills and confidence to protect themselves and loved ones should the need arise. His attention to detail and communication skills are some of what make Deziel one of the best RSO’s and USCCA Conceal Carry and Home Defense Instructors. In addition to his training of others, Deziel continues to study and enhance his knowledge and skills from some of the best leaders in firearms instruction and skills-based Training.
