Practice, drills, demonstration and defense.

The students will learn the basics of safe weapons handling. You will learn loading and unloading procedures and how to carry your concealed firearm properly. You'll learn basic marksmanship, trigger control, how to draw and re-holster your firearm in a safe manner. Basic scenario training will help you make the decision on whether or not firearm usage is necessary. We provide tips on proper grip and stance, moving and shooting, as well as holster selection, placement and type.

This is not a beginners firearms course, however, it is an introduction to carrying a CCW, a prerequisite to the Initial CCW course if you've never drawn from a position of concealment. You should have a working knowledge of the firearms you will be using; be able to work through malfunctions and equipment failures. Learn how to understand and analyze your surroundings and atmosphere. If you have been to range but have never drawn your firearm from a holster or concealment and desire a CCW, this is the class for you.

We will be shooting from distances at the 15, 10 and 5 yard lines.

This is the Add-On Course to take for AZ & UT. There are no prerequisites and no need to bring firearms.

This course satisfies the 5 hour ARIZONA & UTAH CCW which adds 34 reciprocating states. It consists of classroom instruction and hand's-on practical qualification. No requirement to shoot for either AZ or UTAH.

Utah requires 1 passport sized photo, 1 fingerprint card, 1 application (instructor stamped) which we will provide, a copy of drivers license, copy of passport or citizenship papers (if not a U. S. citizen) and a black ink pen. This class requires four hours of training. Course is 4 hours and can be done in conjunction with the CA Initial Course. Utah CCW is good for 5 years. Utah will accept debit cards, credit cards, personal checks, money orders, any thing but cash.

We will provide the passport photo (if you choose), obtain fingerprints, and assist in filling out all the paperwork correctly. All students are responsible for state fees. We also provide pre-addressed envelopes for both states. Student is responsible for postage.

Arizona only requires a safe handling certificate which we will provide, 2 fingerprint cards, and application. The Arizona CCW is good for 5 years.

This is the approved class for the Los Angeles Sheriff Department CCW Training and Qualification. Once you have received your email to proceed with training.
