What You'll Learn
This course is an introduction to Basic Firearm Fundamentals and Defensive Shooting. It will incorporate lecture, dry-fire drills, and live fire at the range.
Important Note: The location of the classroom is completely separate of the shooting range. The address and location will be provided upon enrollment.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Defensive Shooting Fundamentals
This lesson will continue with the basics, including a very visual overview of what we call the “building blocks” or the fundamentals for accurate and safe shooting. Within this lesson, Michael Martin will explain the differences between the skills required for being a good “marksman” at the range, and the skills that might be required to save your life if you are ever the subject of a violent attack.

If you do not own a handgun, we have a limited number of handguns that can be rented for a fee. Holsters, magazines and pouches (Glock Only) are available upon request. Please contact for details. This course is separated into two locations; a classroom environment and an outdoor shooting range located several miles away. This course is best suited for those who may have recently purchased, or are looking to purchase a firearm. It is designed to instill a higher level of cognizance, confidence and competence with weapon safety, handling and control.
