    "Outstanding Instructor — Mr. Mark! Mr. Mark was incredibly attentive and detailed when teaching gun safety. His deep knowledge and experience from a long career in law enforcement really showed, yet he remained so warm-hearted and down-to-earth throughout the class. Everyone felt comfortable asking questions, and he took the time to answer each one clearly. I especially loved his real-life anecdotes—they’ll definitely help me remember tactical awareness and safety if I ever face a dangerous situation. At the range, Mr. Mark went above and beyond to ensure every student handled their firearm safely and confidently.
