What You'll Learn
Are you interested in learning the basics? This course is designed for the absolute beginner. We strongly recommend this course before you buy your first gun. But, maybe you have already bought a gun but still unsure what to do. We are here to help you without intimidation. We want you to feel safe and educated. After this course you will have the basics to get started. The best part is no live fire for this. Everything is done on a simulator so you can learn in a safe and fun environment. At the completion of this class you can take the Firearms Safety Certification exam and earn your certification with the confidence to choose and operate a firearm of your own, safely and effectively.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Self-Defense Firearms Basics
This lesson will introduce you to a wealth of information on different types of self-defense firearms including handguns, home defense shotguns, and the AR-15 platform, where Michael Martin provides easy to understand explanations of the common terms used so frequently. The goal of this lesson is to de-mystify what can sometimes feel like a topic reserved for experts.
