    "It was a great experience, both Arthur and Blake work really well as a team. The simulator that they have there and is included in the training was one of the best experiences on a simulator that I've ever had. And the shooting range was primo, Craig is a really nice man, the owner of the shooting range. All and all if there were 10 stars that's what I would rate it"

    "Avoid a lawsuit: add railings to the head for handicap personnel. Talk some more about the law and what we need to do to stay compliant. Talk about renewal and what we should expect as of today."

    "Scott, thanks for the feedback as I shared with you in class, the facility is under construction, and all of the installations have not been done as of yet. Railings are definitely part of the plan for our bathroom as they are a requirement. In the class you attended, we had no one whom was in need of any ADA compliant railings. We appreciate the feedback and we're happy that you chose to do your training with GSG Firearms Training. We look forward to seeing you at future Alumni Events, thanks again, Blake."
