Elvin Lightfoot

Elvin is a life-long Arizona resident, ten-year military veteran, and NRA & USCCA Certified firearms instructor. He teaches USCCA Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals, Defensive Pistol, and Women's Handgun & Self-Defense Fundamentals, while also serving as USCCA Range Safety Officer. He also maintains credentials with the NRA for Rifle, Pistol, and Shotgun instructor and Range Safety Officer.

Elvin provides professional instruction in safe firearm handling, marksmanship fundamentals, defensive shooting skills, concealed carry, home defense and responsible firearm ownership for students of all experience levels.

Elvin believes the most effective firearms instruction goes beyond simply teaching someone how to shoot - it serves to build confidence, develops sound judgement, and reinforces a lifelong commitment to safety. His patient, hands-on teaching style creates a supportive learning environment where every student receives individualized coaching tailored to their experience, goals, and pace of learning. Whether working with a first-time gun owner or an experienced shooter looking to refine defensive skills, Elvin is committed to helping each student leave the range safer, more capable, and more confident than when they arrived.
