    "CHOAS 1 was an amazing class that taught simple yet effective techniques for controlling an aggressor in a real world manner. None of that scripted nonsense you see in so many videos. The instructors at Twisted Fitness are amazing and very patient. They always take the time to answer all of your questions. I would recommend this class to anyone who would defend themselves or loved ones. "
