This course will cover all sections of the USCCA CCHDF curriculum, certify students for Wisconsin CCW, and will include a shooting portion. The course fee includes the USCCA CCHDF book ($31.95 Value). This course will cover:

-Conflict avoidance and situational awareness -Handgun, shotgun, and rifle basics -Shooting fundamentals -The Physiology of violent encounters -The legal aspects of the use of deadly force (including knowing what to do in the aftermath) -A complete guide on gear, gadgets, and ongoing training -Home security and developing a home defense plan

Countering the Mass Shooter Threat is a USCCA curriculum which focuses on a study of compiled data from every mass shooting since Columbine. By studying and understanding this data and thus the mass shooter, a plan can be developed to counter the mass shooter. This course will cover:

-Statistics and facts regarding mass shooter incidents -How to respond if you find yourself in a mass shooter incident -How to develop an emergency operations plan (EOP) with an emphasis on schools, places of worship, and businesses -Brief emergency medical and how to conduct triage after a mass shooting

This is the Wisconsin concealed carry course and includes an additional hour of gun handling exercise.

After successful completion of this course, you will be eligible to carry in 37 states. If you choose, you will be able to apply for Illinois, Florida, and Arizona concealed carry permits.

Upon successfully completing this course, you will become USCCA Certified Instructor, uniquely authorized to teach the USCCA course, Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals. This course has become the gold standard across the United States for law abiding Americans seeking to obtain their concealed carry permit. As a USCCA certified instructor, you will be trained and equipped to provide world-class instruction to students. You will have access to our world class classroom materials (including a full set of PowerPoint presentations and classroom videos). During this two-day training course, you’ll be taught by a USCCA Training Counselor on a number of valuable topics, including: The top ten instructor mistakes, and how to avoid them; teaching best practices; and running a safe live fire range. You’ll also have a chance to demonstrate your knowledge of the USCCA training material through seven short presentations to a group of your peers, as well as running a live fire range, guiding your peers through the safe completion of the USCCA course of fire. After completion of this course, you’ll not only be intimately familiar with the USCCA training methodology and materials, you’ll be a far better instructor and presenter, regardless of the topic of choice.

This class will cover the USCCA Emergency First Aid Fundamentals curriculum in its entirety. In this class students will learn to treat injuries ranging from gun shot wounds to heart attacks. In addition, Paladin Protection Academy takes a hands on approach to the training. Using AHA certified CPR dummies and defibrillator trainers, wound cubes, tourniquets, Israeli dressings, and many other devices. Students will learn to apply life saving techniques in a hands on environment as well as learn to build their own IFAK and medical bag to keep on hand.

This course is the introduction course to the program and covers the details of the entire program as well as the classroom portion of the class preceding the 5 module range course.
